About This Collection

Our wrought iron fittings are hand made by hot forging black mild steel to produce fine quality finials, elegant scrolls, brackets with hammered back plates and hand twisted rings. Traditional artisan blacksmith products, perfect for period interiors. Carefully finished and coated with wax to preserve the natural colour of the steel. Supplied with coach screws to complete the look.

This collection of finials is specially designed to fit our solid maple curtain poles.

Choice of Hold backs and Tie Backs

These wrought iron accessories are suitable for use with wrought iron and wood curtain poles. Hold back dimensions vary slightly but average 23cm long with a depth of 12.5cm. Smaller hold backs can be made on request. Tie back hooks are supplied with 2 rings to attach to fabric tie backs. The draw rod can be used to hook into the eye of a curtain ring to assist with drawing curtains, especially if the pole is hard to reach or the curtains are very heavy to pull. Different lengths of draw rod can be made on request.

Rings, Brackets and Joiners

All rings and brackets are hand made in our forge in Devon. Brackets are made to order so you can specify the length you need (usually at no extra cost). Most of our competitors import brackets, but this makes it difficult for them to change a bracket to meet your needs.
