Prices and Delivery
The easiest way to price your pole is to phone or email with details of the measurements, the type and diameter of pole and your choice of finials. We will work out what you need and supply a quote. We can do this for more than one pole type if you wish.
Payment can be made by card or cheque.
Standard delivery is just £4.50 per order and you can choose which day your goods are delivered. Most orders are sent by courier for delivery before 3pm.
Turnaround times do vary. We aim to dispatch orders within 14 to 28 days, depending on the complexity of your order and the size of our order book. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Measuring Up
Just follow our step-by-step guides which tell you how to measure up. You don’t need any special equipment and you don’t need to provide angles for bay windows. If you are unsure about anything please call.
If you want to cut your pole to length on site, rather than have a made to measure pole, we can supply pole and fittings as required, including our award winning patented flexible bend.
