A timelessly elegant solution to dress a window. This solid 20mm wrought iron curtain pole has hand forged bends that return to the wall and fix to specially designed recess brackets. The pole projects 12cm from the wall (the distance between the wall and the centre of the pole).

Just supply the measurement of the width of the pole (measured to the pole centres). If you need any advice please call.

An extended grub screw secures the first ring at each end.

Poles over 180 cm wide are supplied with a centre bracket. Poles over 200cm are supplied in two pieces with a spigot join.

One of the benefits of a solid pole is that the material is the same as the finials and fixings, so all the components match. The natural beauty of the steel is finished with a resilient wax.

  • What's included? - French poles

    Every pole comes with two end brackets, black slotted screws, wall plugs and an allen key to tighten the grub screws that secure the pole to the brackets.

    The screws supplied are 45mm x 5mm stainless steel, blackened in the forge and waxed to match the fittings.

    Poles over 180cm are supplied with a horizontal centre bracket. Poles over 200cm are supplied in two pieces with a spigot join.

    If you order rings you will receive 1 ring per 10cm of the pole length you select.

  • Measuring for French poles

    The measurement we need is the width of the pole measured to the pole centres.

    The pole is 20mm in diameter and you are measuring to the centre line of the pole, so the outside edges of the finished pole will be approximately 20mm wider.
